My friend Kadie in an abandoned parking lot in Central Florida. It has since been turned into an indoor skating rink, but I havent been there since then…
Anonymous asked:Your friends are beautiful too. :)
Thanks, I think so too <3 Im so excited, I get to see everyone in one week!
Anonymous asked:My gosh you're as beautiful as your pictures! Your boyfriend is one lucky guy.
aw, sweet! Thanks so much <3 I consider myself lucky ; )
I took this picture of myself in 2011, in our tiny studio apartment in Florida. We barely had any room, but we had so many fun adventures. My dreads were just little babies, only three months old <3
I love this photo of my friends Lacey and Laurie. I think they look beautiful and strong and I cant wait to see them both! Florida countdown begins: nine days <3
My brother Ben, and our niece Ryan at Warren Dunes in Michigan on the Fourth of July. I had so much fun hanging out and taking pictures of the family. Ben and his wife Maria are moving from Florida to Colorado this August. I’m going to miss them like crazy, but i’m really excited for them and their new life adventure : ) Ben is an incredibly talented filmmaker and editor, and Maria is a registered nurse and all around beautiful person. They are so goofy and hilarious and I love them so much <3
anastasiaemerald asked:You're photos are beautiful, I love the variety of people and the settings. I've wanted to try taking pictures of people, namely my friends and family, but I'm always too shy to ask and think it'll just be awkward. Any advice? ~~thanks!!~~
Hi, thank you! My advice is JUST DO IT! I’m incredibly awkward, but I shoot through it. I capture my friends and families awkwardness, and its beautiful. Every person on this planet is a socially awkward weirdo, and im going to take pictures of everyone being who they are. I rarely ask permission when Im shooting candidly. Its empowering. I used to be so shy, but I feel so capable with a camera in my hand…does that make sense? Its honestly changed me. Please get a camera, a dslr specifically, and just shoot everyday. Take it everywhere. Document your life. People will get used to seeing you with a camera, and you’ll get better, and it might change your life : )
I had so much fun on the Fourth of July! Matt and I drove up to Michigan to spend time with my family. I took so many pictures, but this is one of my favorites. My step brother, Jimmy, throwing our niece Ryan into the air. I love them, I cant wait to visit again <3

Hi, thank you so much! I appreciate it : ) And yes, it is German! My Grandma was born in Germany, and immigrated to America during the war.
Our four year anniversary is coming up. I wish I could put into words how much this man means to me…

My boyfriend took this photo of me in 2013. We were at my favorite park in northern Indiana. I remember being so cold and so happy.
I love taking pictures of best friends. I fall in love with their love. Maybe that should be my photographic direction for a while…
This picture reminds me of The Secret Garden…
